Mobile marketing is a new frontier, but it needs to be done the right way. Mass marketing pushes to a wide consumer base are not effective and actually result in a negative reaction. TS can provide operators with analytics on their customer base, enabling targeted messaging. When applied in a focused fashion that anticipates a consumer’s potential needs and/or provides awareness of immediate benefits, mobile marketing can be extremely effective and seen as value adding.
